Yes, we place an expiration date on session's and minutes, like most salons. But even though we have an expiration policy, we also have a reclaim policy. The reclaim policy allows you to “get back” all session's and minutes even if it has been a year since your last visit with us. To reclaim your expired session's or minutes is simple whenever you purchase a new package, you “get back” everything that may have expired for another 365 days!!!
